Terms of Service

gtpin provides custom metal badge, gift, and souvenir manufacturing services including:

• Custom design and 3D rendering services
• High-precision metal badge manufacturing (±0.01mm accuracy)
• OEM/ODM partnership solutions
• Quality assurance and eco-friendly production
• Global shipping and delivery services

2.1 Quotation Requests

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of:

• Signed purchase order or service agreement
• Required deposit payment (typically 50% of total order value)
• Final approved artwork and specifications

2.3 Design and Artwork

Our design team provides 3D rendering and artwork services. Client approval is required before production begins. Changes after production commencement may incur additional charges.

3.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on:

• Order quantity and complexity
• Material specifications and finishes
• Delivery timeline requirements
• Custom packaging needs

3.2 Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
• 50% balance due before shipment
• Payment terms: Net 30 days for established clients

3.3 Currency and Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated. International clients are responsible for import duties and local taxes.

4.1 Production Timeline

Standard production time is 10-15 business days after artwork approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges.

4.2 Quality Standards

All products undergo strict quality control inspection. We maintain production accuracy of ±0.01mm using precision Beijing Jingdiao machinery.

4.3 Shipping and Risk Transfer

Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend insurance for high-value shipments.

5.1 Client IP Rights

Clients retain all rights to their trademarks, logos, and proprietary designs. gtpin will not reproduce client designs for third parties without written permission.

5.2 Design Services

Original designs created by gtpin's design team become client property upon full payment. gtpin retains the right to showcase completed work for marketing purposes unless confidentiality is requested.

5.3 Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and proprietary designs. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

6.1 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our products meet specified quality standards. Defective products will be replaced at no charge when reported within 30 days of delivery.

6.2 Return Policy

Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless defective. Returns must be pre-authorized and shipped in original packaging.

6.3 Inspection Period

Clients have 7 business days from delivery to inspect products and report any quality issues. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance.

7.1 Liability Cap

gtpin's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

7.2 Excluded Damages

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

7.3 Force Majeure

gtpin is not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

gtpin is committed to environmental responsibility:

• Green electricity certified production facility
• Eco-friendly zinc alloy and copper materials
• Environmentally compliant electroplating processes
• Proper waste management and disposal procedures

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) rules.

9.2 Mediation

Prior to formal arbitration, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith mediation.

10.1 Modifications

gtpin reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed purchase orders or service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
